XpMind Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SmartNetworker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the App.
By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We strive to collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the App. We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the core features of the App.
When the App encounters an error or crash, the following information may be collected automatically by our third-party error-reporting service (PostHog) for the sole purpose of diagnosing and fixing issues:
Additionally, our subscription management service (RevenueCat) generates an anonymous user identifier on your device to manage your purchase and subscription status. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, Apple ID, or any other personally identifiable information.
We do not collect general usage analytics, session data, screen views, feature usage patterns, or behavioral data of any kind. Crash data collection occurs only when the App encounters an error.
We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the core features of the App. If you contact us for support via email, we will receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
The App offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information, billing address, or Apple ID. We receive a transaction confirmation from Apple that includes the product purchased and the transaction date, which we use to unlock your purchased content.
We do not collect: usage analytics, session data, screen views, behavioral data, your name, email address (unless you contact us), contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, precise location, health data, financial information, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or any biometric data.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Depending on your location, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:
The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information as described in their respective privacy policies:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|

These third-party services operate as independent data controllers or processors. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
We do not operate our own servers for storing user data. The only data transmitted from the App is anonymized crash and error reports, which are processed and stored by our third-party service provider, PostHog, on their cloud infrastructure hosted in the United States (AWS).
For Canadian users: Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than Canada. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual protections with our service providers, to protect your information in accordance with PIPEDA.
For EEA/UK users: Your personal information may be transferred outside the EEA/UK. Where such transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or adequacy decisions, to ensure your data is protected.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
